RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:
Glamour Hanger offer a guarantee on all our products. In the unlikely event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition, please return the item with proof of purchase and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please make contact with us to arrange for shipping of damaged or faulty products and include proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. We are more than happy to reimburse your postage costs.
Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange items:
- if you change your mind.
- if errors are made due to incorrect information supplied by you
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 1 day of placing your original order. Any requests after this time will be at the discretion of Glamour Hanger. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order is in process/completed/dispatched.
PRICING:
We are continually undertaking research to ensure that our products are competitively priced and therefore, prices are subject to change without any notice. All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices do not include postage. Postage charges are calculated at checkout.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive a confirmation of your order to the email address provided. This email address will only be used for confirmation purposes unless otherwise agreed by you.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
Fabric and trimmings including ribbons, fringes and decals may vary due to availability. In the unfortunate event that our fabric/trimmings/stock is sold out prior to receiving your order, we will notify you immediately by email or phone using the details supplied by you. If no suitable alternatives are available, we will fully refund all monies paid using the original method of payment.
PRODUCT COLOUR:
The colors that appear on this website may differ slightly from the actual product colors. We display the color as accurately as possible; however, a slight variation may occur due to individual computer monitor settings. Samples of our work can be seen at a large selection of retail outlets.
